The Harvey Simpson Magic Balloon “PLAY”shop is an interactive, fun-filled afternoon where students learn how to imagine, design and sculpt their very own balloon creations while being expertly guided by one of California's foremost Balloon Artists & Entertainers

We teach them the in’s & out’s of HOW to twist the balloons and shape them into their own designs.
The RESULT is the most incredible looking & colorful balloon sculptures you have ever seen + happy students, proud of their work. Of course the kids get to take home everything they make.

It’s completely self-contained!
In other words, a truly hassle free afternoon for you! We bring everything needed, including a sound system and music to add to the fun atmosphere and help promote a creative learning environment for the kids.
Creativity Emphasised
We encourage the kids to experiment with their designs and to be as creative as they wish. Students typically make & take home as many as 10-12 colorful balloon creations each.
No "Down" Time
All balloons are pre-blown and tied (that’s about 2-3 hours of “prep” time), which means that your students will start twisting the balloons almost instantly. There is no “down” time to inflate and tie off balloons, therefore no bored students!
Safety First!
A common concern is safety and we want to assure you that The Harvey Simpson Balloon “PLAY”shop is 100% safe. Harvey begins each session with a balloon safety lesson to ensure everyone understands how to properly handle the materials and have a fun experience.
Fully Insured
If your school or venue requires liability insurance we are happy to provide a copy of our certificate and/or name you as an additional insured if required.
The Fun Keeps Going!
Students learn the fundamentals of balloon twisting from an experienced professional. These are the building blocks for ALL balloon sculptures. Which means that they can continue the fun on their own after the “PLAY”shop.

Our fee structure is very straightforward. The full afternoon Playshop lasts between 60-90 minutes and is a total of $450 for up to 40 students. If your group is larger, there is an additional per student material fee of $10.
